Various documents were created or referenced throughout the process of developing and adopting the CAP. Documents are organized into two categories: CBP-produced documents and key background documents.
CBP-produced documents are those developed by CBP partners either in response to congressional mandates or for the Chesapeake Action Plan. CBP-produced documents include:
